A lifelong bike industry member, Andrew has been in management roles for Pedro's, Schwinn/GT, crankbrothers, Briko, Selle Royal, Highway Two and Intense Cycles and served on several boards.


His career began when he and a friend co-founded bike accessory company, Pedro’s, which was later sold to Swix Sport in Lillehammer, Norway.


Soon recruited to Schwinn/GT Bicycles, he joined as Marketing Director and later, VP Global Brand for GT Bicycles, a million bikes per-year company. His highlights include ad campaign "Fast. It's Corporate Policy" and GT's entry into the European Pro peloton with Team Lotto Mobistar.


In 2002, he joined up-start crankbrothers, serving as its CEO. The company was sold to the Selle Royal Group, joining Brooks England, Selle Royal and Fizik in the portfolio. As Board member of Selle Royal, he and his family lived in Asolo, Italy for 5 years.  His Italian is marginal at best.


In 2014, Andrew became CEO of Intense Cycles, an exciting time of rapid growth as this pioneering bike brand returned to the elite World Cup downhill scene.


Andrew has served on industry boards including Hawley-Lambert, Kitsbow Apparel, Public Bikes, IMBA & Hans Rey's Wheels4Life Foundation.

Sam has a comprehensive background in acquisitions, corporate turnarounds, creating strategic partnerships, building corporate organizational infrastructure, and creating highly effective teams.


Sam started his career as an organizational consultant working with Apple, Cisco, Oracle, Remedy Corporation and General Magic among several others. He subsequently headed up sales and marketing for Personic in both the US and ultimately London prior to the company being sold in a strong exit. 


Returning to consulting, he helped build Rhythm Corporation resulting in one of the largest IPO’s in 2000. 


In 2001, he began leading turn arounds and significant financings for distressed companies. In 2005, he raised his first fund which he and his investors exited in 2016. 


Sam is an alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Daniels College of Business in Denver. He is a longtime tele-skier, mountain bike racer and road racer and has climbed and kayaked in Asia, Alaska, Europe, the US and Canada.

For the past 2+ decades, Eric has been one of the foremost and prolific product and design leaders in the bicycle industry.  In his career, spanning Fox Racing,  Specialized and Giro, Eric's fingerprints are on some of the most recognized bike products of this era.  Recruited in 2009 to Giro to oversee Giro's entry into the shoe category, now a market-leader, Eric was later named their Head of Design.


Eric's passion for bicycles started at a young age when he first saw his neighbor's Schwinn Stingray, which his parents managed to buy for him.  Born with a penchant for art and design, his passions merged when his career began at Fox Racing, creating the first mountain bike collection while working on the company's moto boots, helmets and apparel.


At Specialized, Eric continued to hone his craft with their footwear collection and contributing to bike graphic design for the company's various ProTour teams.


Eric's an avid road, gravel, MTB rider and family man who has sat on the Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission Bicycle Advisory Committee and served as a board member for Santa Cruz Friends of the Rail Trail.

After spending her early years training for speed skating at the Olympic Oval, Michelle began her career in the bike industry at crankbrothers. In addition to sales, she was also the photographer for many of the brand’s early print ads of athletes including Chris Horner, Hans Rey, Freddie Rodriguez, Kyle Strait, Cam Zink and Richie Schley.


She quickly advanced to manage the global supply chain for the company.  In this role, she was responsible for the implementation of multiple system processes and her Asia-based logistics team oversaw vendor management, quality and global distribution. 


Upon the acquisition of crankbrothers by Selle Royal Group, Michelle managed integration projects across the Group including several SAP, WMS and e-commerce integrations. 


Following her 9+ years at crankbrothers and Selle Royal, she joined Felt Bicycles as the purchasing manager and expanded her role when Felt joined Group Rossignol.


 Most weekends, she can be found enjoying a long ride on her road or mountain bike – sometimes both.
